When using payment by TT, please ensure you send us an email confirming your payment to service@eboxchina.com, and include your order number in the title of the email , and in the body of the massage your first and last name, together with your money transfer reference number.

Bank Transfer Fees
Eboxchina won't charge you any extra fees for paying by bank transfer. However, banks usually charge something for bank-to-bank transfers.

You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent out of your account to Eboxchina's (HK HSBC) bank account.

Any such fee is your responsibility, so please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a Eboxchina order of $500, and the bank will charge $17,5 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $517,5. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $482.5 and we won't be able to send your full order.

Eboxchina pays for any bank currency conversion fees within HSBC in Hong Kong. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.
